In 1990 Wu Editions was created with the publication of an art book edited by Frances Wu. While prominent local artists were invited to produce a series of engravings covering different techniques such as: Silkscreen, etching, Linoleum, woodcut, monotype and mixography. Later in 1998, the need to promote an exhibition space for young Peruvians artists, as well as offering a professional art consultancy service, led to the creation of Wu Gallery as a space of commercial art, which at present occupies in the district of Barranco, in the city of Lima.

Currently, Wu Gallery continues its work of contemporary art consulting and representation of young artists, including different means of production and specializes in discovering new talent and introduces the commercial art circuit.
